Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper.
ICT-Days’21 is using the Easychair platform to manage the submissions. In order to submit your paper, you must first create an easychair account. After log-in easychair will provide you with a submissions homepage where you can register your paper submission and make appropriate changes. The submission website is:

Guideline for authors
Any contribution sent to gmail won’t be accepted, the only file management platform is easychair, thus please in order to be accepted for the conference kindly double check the following directives:
1.Main author name(co-authors if available),affiliation,contact email are both on the platform and your work abstract or paper
2.The abstract or paper must be attached to the platform respecting the templates of the conference the text abstract is not considered for selection be aware of that

4.First author must be the speaker the one who will present the work, publication certificate will hold his/her name as main author the other research team members will be there but only as co-authors.
5.Corresponding author is the one in charge of updating the work and keeping the other members up-to date if he/she is the speaker he/she will get publication certificate if not he/she will be considered as co-author
6.Speaker or first or main author can have 1 publication at the cost of registered fees of the conference, but if he/she submit more than 1 publication and all his/her works have been selected by the scientific committee,please remember we are talking about the Speaker or first or main author he/she will have to pay times (x publications)(x*400dh student/x*600dh other)F2F or (x*200dh student/x*300dh other)Virtual, the conference fees cover only 1 work more publications cause you to pay the times of your submitted and accepted works.
7.Co-authors must pay only 1 time to gain the conference access and have unlimited spots as co-authors,if they have a work as main/speaker they still are covered with the only exception cited above; More publications charges always the main/speaker to pay the times of submitted and accepted publications.
8.Exceptionally if the main/speaker author couldn’t attend in person he/she must inform the committee before the last day of the conference and the certificate move automatically to whom presenting the work within the conference, the absent and other team members are considered as co-authors or to switch to fully virtual available this year.
9.The attendance certificate is delivered to all present members, main authors /speakers have additional oral/poster certification, co-authors have always their names under the main/speaker author
10.Only the members (with unchecked 3rd status on easychair) whom submitted the final paper according to the template will have the paper certificates
11.One copy of each certificate is delivered, thus co-authors have to print their own copies as needed.
12.University main-gate security will only let people within the google form get into university campus, thus please fill-out the form at the registration page

– Original scientific content respecting the main theme of the conference and the sub-axes in question
E-Oral presentations (Virtual)
– Duration of an oral presentation: 10min max,

– Respect the instructions of the model in terms of font and size.
– POSTER very clear and legible at a distance of 1m
– POSTER not loaded with text. Give priority to images / photos / diagrams
– Hang your POSTER after your registration in the dedicated space for this purpose.
– Original scientific content respecting the main theme of the conference and the sub-axes in question
– Always keep close to your POSTER during POSTERS sessions
– Expose your research and explain your results in a clear and concise way to the participants and the prize commission.
– Pick up and store your POSTER on the last day of the conference.
E-Poster presentations (Online)
– POSTER very clear
– POSTER not loaded with text. Give priority to images / photos / diagrams
– Original scientific content respecting the main theme of the conference and the sub-axes in question
– Always be ready to answer any question or clarification about your POSTER during POSTERS sessions
– Expose your research and explain your results in a clear and concise way to the participants and the prize commission.
